This contract is a distance contract pursuant to article 50 et seq. Of the D.Lgs. 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code). The contract concerns the sale of goods between the Costa clothing sas - Corso Buenos Aires, 15 r - 16129 Genoa (GE) - P.Iva 02716620105; and the consumer (the customer). The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the Internet following the invitation to offer content on the site

Costa clothing sas reserves the right to accept or reject the order based on the actual availability at the point of sale upon receipt of the order: even if the commitment is absolute in keeping constantly updated the online price list and the communication of availability , there may be inconsistencies with respect to the latter, making the order received momentarily unobtainable.

All prices of Costa clothing sas are VAT included (VAT 22%) and reserves the right to change the prices at any time without prejudice to the fact that they will always be correctly inserted and visible and that all orders already confirmed will not be subject to price changes.

If For any reason the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase made, the buyer will have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the order. Contact Costa at and you will receive all the instructions and support needed to complete the operation. The return of the products must be carried out, at the Buyer's expense. The Products must be returned in the same conditions of receipt, ie in perfect condition, complete with all their elements: all labels related to the product must not be removed, the products must not be used and must be provided with the original packaging and any attached manuals. It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products will be fully borne by the Purchaser. The Seller will take delivery of the Products returned, reserving the right to confirm that they have been returned as delivered to the Purchaser. To this end it will be appropriate to cover the original packaging of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves the integrity and also protects it from writing or labels. The Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the full amount paid for the purchase of the Products free of charge, with the exclusion of transport contributions and contributions for any duties, within the time prescribed by the law, and provided that the Products have been returned in compliance with the above provisions. The aforementioned reimbursement will be made by crediting the amounts paid by the Purchaser for the purchase of the products according to the payment methods used.

We have done our utmost to ensure that the colors of the products contained on the Costa1939 site appear as close to reality as possible. However, because computer screens vary, we can not guarantee that the color displayed on your screen is perfectly accurate. The quality of all items is checked for possible defects before they are shipped to the customer. Be sure to send all the items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure that the return is handled as quickly as possible. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are properly protected during transport. The shoe boxes must be considered as part of the product and for this reason the return can not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Items must be returned new, unused and with all the labels of Costa 1939 and the stylist still attached. Damaged, stained or altered returns will NOT be accepted and refunded.

All shoes must be tested on a carpet before being sure you want to keep them. The shoes must be returned without signs and in their original box as it is considered part of the product. Shoes returned without a box, in a damaged box or with signs of wear on the soles may not be accepted and returned to the customer.

The Underwear and beachwear
Underwear and costumes purchased on Costa1939 must be tested on top of your underwear. The stained returns can not be accepted and can be returned to the customer

Defective products
The Purchaser will have the right to return the Product which he may have received defective within the deadline of 15 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
The Seller will take delivery of the defective Products reserving for himself the right to carry out the quality controls to verify the actual non-conformity. The aforementioned reimbursement will be made by crediting the amounts paid by the Purchaser for the purchase of the products according to the payment methods used.

It is possible to replace the products purchased with new products in different sizes or colors. Contact our Customer Service and check the availability of new products.

To guarantee rapid delivery, the Costa store relies on the best express couriers selected according to the region of destination and the type of product. The cost of sending will result in the cart, will be added to the total order during the purchase process and you will be charged at the time of payment. Nothing will therefore be due to the courier upon delivery.

Orders are processed from 9.00 to 12.00 GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12.00 on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. The products listed in the Costa shop will be processed and sent within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

Once the shipping has been completed, you will receive a tracking number. By entering this number on the courier's homepage it will be possible to monitor the shipping status.

Shipping to Italy and to the rest of the European Union take about 3-5 working days. Shipping to the rest of the world take about 5-7 working days (excluding any customs clearance delays). Please note that delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays. The carriers do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
The delivery times indicated are not binding, unless otherwise indicated in a separate agreement. However, the Seller does everything in his power to respect these times.
